When you buy from glimmavintage.com, you're buying from Lara Josephine Mountain, trading as Glimma Vintage (details in our Legal notice), under these terms.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. That email is our contract with you.

About our pieces

Everything we sell is vintage or second hand and one of a kind. We describe the condition, measurements and any flaws as honestly as we can, but colours can look a little different on different screens, and a bit of gentle wear is part of vintage life.

If an item sells twice

Very occasionally the same piece can be bought by two people at almost the same time. If that happens, the first order stands and the second buyer gets a full refund straight away, with an email to explain.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. We're exempt from VAT under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code, so no VAT is added. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third party providers such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. If you choose one of them, their own terms apply to the payment too.

Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. The sign up discount is for your first order only.

The legal bit

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another EU country, you still keep all the consumer protections your own country's law gives you. For complaints and dispute options, see our Complaints page. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
